All our products are packaged carefully and, in most cases, wrapped individually in protective packaging. Our products are usually delivered via courier, or by Royal Mail’s tracked service, and are always insured against loss or damage. Alternatively, we may deliver the items ourselves depending on location. Please select ‘Courier’ at the checkout. The checkout page will list the total courier price option prior to you checking out, so if you have an concerns or queries, please get in touch with us prior to purchase.
We also offer an ‘Arrange Collection’ option at the checkout. This allows you to either arrange to collect the goods yourself, or to arrange your own courier collection, at your own expense. We can work with you at every step of the way to ensure a hassle-free collection and delivery. If this option is chosen, we will contact you soon after your purchase to discuss your options.
All our orders are processed the same day but may not be immediately available for shipping. Most of our products are built or customised to order. This can result in a manufacture time of up to 5 weeks. We try to be as transparent as possible with all our sales, ensuring we keep you up to date about the progress of each product at every step of the way.
All orders for The Vintage Travel Tag Art will be processed the same day and sent to our design studio for customisation. Once the poster is ready, we will send you a PDF proof to check before print, via email. Any delays in the approval of the PDF proof will result in delays to shipping. As soon as the PDF proof is approved, your poster will be printed and shipped using the method you’ve chosen at the checkout. All unframed posters will be sent rolled in a poster tube.
PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to provide shipping for The Boeing 737 Wing Table. This is available for collection only.
Once your product has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail saying that your order(s) have been dispatched from us providing you have given a valid e-mail address. You will be able to request the tracking information at this stage, if available.
If for any reason your order will be delayed, we will be in touch to discuss your options. Of course, if you have any concerns at all, please contact us prior to purchase.
Most of our products are POA (Price on Application) due to the amount of customisation offered.

We only offer delivery to the UK, but international customers can arrange collection in person, or via courier.
All our delivery prices are costed per product and are added together should more than one object be purchased in one transaction. The total cost is displayed at the checkout prior to purchase, so if there are any concerns at this stage, please get in touch to see if an alternative option can be arranged.
We reserve the right to change our courier services without any prior notice to our customers. On the very rare occasion of adverse weather conditions, your order may be delayed for longer than expected. Unfortunately, we have no control over this, however we would like to assure customers that everything would be done in our power to get your order delivered to you as quickly as possible.
We cannot be held responsible for any parcel dispatched by us that is then lost or damaged in transit to you. We will however investigate the matter on your behalf with our couriers and put a claim in for you. Whilst waiting for the claim to be completed, you can place a new order and purchase the items online should you still wish to have the goods.
Any parcel that has been refused by you the customer and then returned back to us may incorporate a charge from the courier. If this is the case, their charge will be deducted from any refund due back to you the customer from the returned order refund amount.
